At Redback 3D - the worlds first markerless 3D movement screening analysis solution in (partnership with Organic Motion) was piloted. Movement protocols and analysis algorithms were developed and written into software. The R&D team consists of experts and consultants in the fields of Biomechanics / Strength + Conditions / Software / Signal Processing / Instrumentation / Physiotherapy as well as Electronic Engineers, Sports Scientist, and Interns.

On the Operations front, Kevin was tasked with ensuring that everyone (internally and externally) availed of a quality assured service of the highest possible standard. This involved establishing diligent process design and performance management structures.

Managed the organisation's website and content, Designed and Developed an Android Smartphone Application to allow coaches and fans keep stats on games/training sessions on the mobile devices.
