From an early age, Kevin was heavily involved in multiple sports. As he grew older Gaelic football became his primary sporting commitment and he is very fortunate to have achieved multiple individual and team accolades in his sporting career to date. Awards and achievements aside, Kevin see's his involvement in Sport as his platform for personal and career successes. This has provided him with the multiple coaching and mentorship roles that are outlined below. It has also combined his love for performance to have him involved in innovative startup businesses around the world.

Kevin has been teaching, coaching and mentoring in a number of different environments in multiple Asian locations since 2017. He has been teaching languages with coaching sports, social skills, games and activities. Sky Sports Living for Sports | Youth Sports Trust

Kevin is an Athlete Mentor for the Sky Sports Living for Sports programme.  Having played Gaelic Football his entire life Kevin was recruited in late 2015 to join the wonderful team of Sky Sports Athletes who are changing young people's lives daily.  Kevin has mentored over 700 students in more than 50 schools across Ireland as part of this initiative.

Kevin was selected to be a mentor on the wonderful Sky Sports GAA Grassroots initiative in 2017. Sky Sports will invest €3million over a five-year period by leveraging its links to world-class elite sportspeople; visiting the SGC's to meet participants and contributing to activities in Super Games Centres around the country; supporting the annual Youth Forum; and investing in training equipment.

Realta

The Réalta Programme was devised as part of the GPA Jim Madden Leadership Programme. Our remit was to create a sustainable community-based project to influence 6th Class students in the primary school network as they transition into secondary school. As GAA ambassadors, we delivered 4 Key lessons to these students through activity based learning. The program was a great success and continues to be rolled out in over 50 schools across Ireland today.

Gaelic Player's Association

Kevin was the Leading Representative for the Leitrim Senior football team. The role entails being the voice of our team and communicating between the Player's Body and the members themselves. Leitrim had the highest level of engagement out of any team in Ireland in 2015 - an improvement that helped Kevin achieve the "GPA Rep of the year" award.

I have had various coaching roles for underage GAA / Soccer teams in local schools and at club level.  I have also been a Kellogg's VHI Cul Camps Coach and Ambassador for the Leitrim GAA region for over 5 years.
